I usually always take a picture before disconnecting electrical wiring and this time I did not.

I am trying to wire a 3way switch that controls lights at the top and bottom of the stairs.

In my box I have 2 3wire sets coming in. One set all 3 wires are live, and the other 3 I believe run directly to the switch at the top of the stairs. I have no idea how these are wired at the lights.

I can't for the life of me get both switches to control the lights correctly. I can get either one but not both.

Any idea on how best to attack this?
