dave ,scary as it is ,within certain limits anyone can pick up tools and do electrical.
yes certain qualifications are preferred by some companies but no one is actually enforcing it
part p of the building regs can be worked around etc
dont get me wrong i dont condone this and would prefer all to be qualified and competent |
