Try a 'Sparky' wall chaser from Screwfix. I have two 125mm ones on the go. They are not too dear either BUT they are German so made very well. The wall chaser is a must BUT ONLY if you have a good extractor. Look at Bosch Gas25 Or Gas50, they have a vibrating filter which stops clogging. Numatics 'Henry' also works but get re-usable bags not paper ones. The 'Henry' is considerably cheaper also.
If you want the best though, its the Hilti DCSE-20. Big Big Bucks new though.
