Hi dragon, the relay you have listed will do what you want, but as with most relays you will need a base to plug it in to, which you can then couple your wires to.

Actually, the one you have picked is physically quite large, there are smaller ones that will do what you want, try RS no 329-7207 (relay) and 353-950 (base). Am assuming you need just single pole switching. These relays also have a led to show when they are energised, and a mechanical indicator. Used them loads of times for varios applications.

Just make sure you put a small fuse or breaker in line with the coil.
