Thanks For All the Advice. I seem to have my head around it now. I seem to understand what notifibale work and non notifiable works mean now. ie Altertations or Adding or circuits in Bathrooms, kitchen, outside etc is notifiable and although need a building inspector to check it, although thats when you need to be with one of the governing body so you can pass off the work yourself and send them the certs for a £1.50 etc, otherwise i can do extra sockets etc. although having to issue the minor works cert.s. Although i cannot do anything till I have got my 17th Edition. What I was gonna consider was going down to our local business centre and see what their advice may be for grants wise etc. Maybe I may be able to get a grand to pay for the course for the 17th and test equipment. Could just do the smaller jobs on the night and if things are going on ok. Apply to join a Self Person scheme to be able to the rest like doing showers and work on kitchens and outside lights etc
