Default Fords named after 'gentlemans' magazines

Ok what has happened to Fords - they always used to be named after bongo mags

We had the Fiesta

then the Escort

i've rung up trying to put a deposit on the Ford 'Readers Wives bum Special' (the GTi version) but the man says they aint making it in right hand drive.

Poofs

Note to younger members:

bongo mags were what you used to have before they invented the internet, and the invention of the 'left handed mouse' which followed a few minutes later

although no one ever bought one

EVER

you just used to found them under hedges, or behind a pile of Ginsters pasties wrappers on the dash of an 'S' reg transit with one different coloured door at the back

oh, and on top of your dad's wardrobe, of course

yeah ,
mind you i prefer the pick up version of the transit, then you dont have to worry about the doors rotting, and you can get away with parking just about anywhere ,if you get an ex council one.(much more usefull than a gti shakey) ,easy to fix ,plenty of spares ,better bird magnet ,
all in all ,i think everone should have one ,recomended by rumrunner, what more do you need.
