sorry Wayne must have missed it

I have challenged a number of people (as you know) to state what they consider to be 'qualified', but to my knowledge have had no takers

agree'd, the perfect argument is there, shakey being the one who knows a shed load, but not in any competent persons scheme, does that make him non competent, I think not.

If You Build It, They Will Come n If it aint broken don't fix it!

how right you are Wayne, whatever they originally meant by 'competent persons' scheme, I am sure they didnt intend it to be a 'back door' route into the trade, which is what, (for some people) they have got

HI All, I have done one of these shorts courses, EAL , 2382, Ect, at the age of 49. phoned around offering my services for FREE to gain experience got a couple of breaks. Went months again with out work and more phone calls, just started rewires on council properties in Hull with a local firm low wage to start but what the hell it's all experience to help me on my way and go alone. It does work if you throw your all in to it. Off to sit my 2392-10 on 16th June then hopefully 2391.
