Default Typical Appliance Ratings: What do you assume?

I'm just coming to the end of a kitchen rewire, and it's just got me wondering .... OK I know what rating the new oven is, but the customer hasn't yet decided on what dishewasher, washing machine.tumbledrier, or fridge. So I'm a bit worried about max load/diversity calcs. I have done a few rewires now but the customer has always had the appliances in ready in place. I could just go on what I've come across before but ...... just to be safe .....

Can anyone point me towards some data on typical appliance ratings?

Yeah the layout is decided and in place but she's buying it all herself piece by piece. I've split the tails and put the downstairs sockets (kitchen included) and oven ( it's a gas hob) into their own c/u, as exisiting c/u only has 100mA main switch.

I'm just a bit worried that in a few weeks after I'm gone she'll buy something unusual that will make the 32A PD inadequate.
