Here in the south I start at £150 & do outbuildings as extras, I aim to get done in 4 hours for a bog standard family home (3 bed place) why rush you'll only miss something.
Visuals I'm knocking out at £75.00 & normally take no longer than 45 mins Only testing I do is confirm main earth present / pfc/pscc / Ze or Ra.

1.5hrs for a full periodic yeh right & the report aint worth a tuppence, my guess is you use the 10% guide.

Any jobs going cirrus? multi million £ company I can only dream of it at the moment, but what would life be without dreams
