Default Any spark need a hand? manchester-ish

My boss has just told me that he has no work and that i need to look after myself. After calling lots of job agencys, job center adverts and sparks in the yellowpages I thought to try this.

Im 23, with reliable transport(estate car) and own tools. I have my 17th,part P and I study 2330 2 nights a week.

If anyone can offer me any work - im based in stockport and willing to travel.

hey up mate

what did the agencies and recuitment places say? I am having no look what so ever regarding emplyment. Everyone I speak to says that 2006/2007 were great years for sparks but now everyone seems to be laying people off.

Talk about the wrong time to look

Im broke, the joke of the moment is the polish leaving its that bad! last monday morning I had my previous boss and another spark knocking on my door just incase I found any work that they could help with. I was thinking of going it alone but if my prev boss has no work and hes been going years- what chance do i have? Ive rewired two offices and thats all. I get asked to fit cookers and showers but I havnt the money to join a certification scheme.

I have no idea what to do? I've joined 62 job agenceys.
