Default Looking for work in west yorkshire

Hi everyone

I am new to this forum and am impressed with the quantity and quality of posts.

I have always done my own and friends electrical work, so when I was made redundant last year at the age of 52 I paid for a 5 day Domestic installer course which I passed and later in the year went on a 2 day inspection and testing course for more practise. It is my plan this year to do the 16th/17th edition and then 2391 Test and Inspection.

I have carried out a few small jobs on my own but would like to work with an experienced person to pick up more experience for myself - maybe as an electricians mate/adult trainee? I do plan to approach job agencies and estate agencies locally but thought it might be worthwhile placing a post on this forum.

Thanks to anyone who takes the time to reply.

KC
