Default Can you please help - night store heaters

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me, my night store heater sparks occasionally when it is on, it is a relatively new one ( about 5 years old) and is made by Creda. I've heard that they spark when they turn themselves off, is this true or is there something wrong with it?

I don't know if this is the right place to put this, but I didn't know who else to ask.

Thank you, the useless electrician!

May i suggest changing the charge controller.
The charge controller is just doing what it is supposed to do and that is making and breaking an electrical load.
5 years aint bad for a charge controller, and a fairly easy and inexpensive part to replace.
