there is a possibility of me being asked to sort out a French property with English owners that has 'failed' a sales inspection with an earth leakage fault. I'd therefore be very grateful for any regs and advice that you can offer. I'd hope it might just be an easy fault find, but I've no idea of the age or condition of the place so it could turn into a whole rewire, don't know.
