Default Introduction

Hi All,
My name is Steve. I`ve been lurking in the background for a while now, reading the posts and getting advice on things. Thought it`s time i introduced myself. I`m not a `qualified spark` but ive been repairing fruit m/cs ,jukeboxes and video games for 26yrs. Due to my companys recent restructuring i`ve moved departments and now work on those roulette gaming m/c`s you see in the bookies.

Question for you all. I`m 44yrs and coming from quite a specialized background, but if i where made redundant tommorrow. What would be the best way into domestic installations. It was back in 1982 when i did a basic domestic wirring course. Ive been reading about all the different courses and would presume the 2330 lv2 would be the best to start with. Or am i wrong?

Your thoughts welcome.
