Exclamation Hi All.

Im Ollie M,

A little about myself,

Im 18, currently doing my NVQ level 3 and C&G 2330 Level 3. Also im awaiting to take my 2391 resit sometime in the near future hopsfully before the 17th Edition comes into play in june 2008.

My Ambitions;

To become a industrial electrican, specialising in Motors and Control Systems. Also possibly to look into becoming a Design Consultant of some sort of electrical installations of all shapes and sizes.

After the accident which i was involved in at work, my confidence as an electrican has been knocked alot, but no one will ever take my passion away from working with electricity!!

sorry old pal, but the last 16th edition based 2391 exam was early this month, so your resit WILL be 17th edition based

if you want to get into motors and control systems properly (invertors, variable speed drives, soft starters etc etc) then you will need to further you college up to (preferably HNC/HND level), Mechatronics would be good for you
