Just a quick one. Testing a house that's install is about 20 year old. Obviously hasn't got a metal clad DB, earthing is only 10mm. Would you put these down in the reccomendations? Even though these items were perfectly fine when it was installed?

Non metal fuseboard I personally wouldn't comment on but the 10.0 earthing conductor I would.

What size are the L/N tails?

I'm with Murdoch - TNS or TT and that 10mm is probably more than adequate. I recently installed a 10mm on a rewire because it was a tricky run and 16mm would have made it much harder to pull. Adiabatic only needed a 4mm, so 10mm more than enough.

as above.10mm earthing with 16mm L & N tails. no code, no action.
