Which 17th Edition Wiring Regulations book is the most up to date?

Can i be 17th edition spark in 3 days?

Lighting circuit tripping on 17th edition board
I've been called to look at a lighting circuit which is tripping the rcd when one particular light is switched. 17th edition. has my revision been in vain?
