Just to ask,when 17th edition exam is pass , what time is need certificate to be available?

If what you are saying is how long after getting a PASS result, should it take to receive your certificate, then this is something you need to take up with the training provider, have you received confirmation that you have indeed passed the Exam?

You will receive a print out with pass or fail result and usually within 6weeks from my past experience but will differ at different training centres / colleges

Eitherway, in a years time you get the joy of sitting another multichoice wordsearch exam to get a nice new certificate with 18 on it and not 17th edition... You will have to go buy a nice new set of on site guides, guidance notes and big coloured book aswell.
You got to love the electrical industry, anything to rob us of our hard earned cash

I did the test last week, got the certificate today.

Recently mine also took a week for me to get my certificate but my 2392 before that took 6 weeks lol
