For the moment, their myimmersun servers are still working for remote monitoring and software updates.

myimmersun servers not giving data back or logging any data now :(

Shame to see them go, so what to install instead?
Who will still be here in 12 -24 months?

Apollo Gem?
Solic 2000?
Elios4you?
Solar iBoost?

What else is left of reasonable Quality and likely to be around in 3-4 years. ..?

Still working OK here. I see SolarEdge have just launched an immersion heater controller, but I don't have any technical details about it, or a price!

I have been in contact with Solar Immersion who supplied my mk3 unit in 2013 recently to praise them and they tell me that there is a new model with further facilities and these are avail right now and they havent gone bust !

Should you require a Solar Immersion Unit ( mk4 ) now at £199, you can still use the discount code "dis2204" ontop on this !!

solarimmersion.co.uk

I hope to provide some more accurate calculations on actual savings at somepoint

I think Marlec are probably a reasonable bet for staying in business with the solar i boost, and we've only had one failed unit to date out of dozens installed.

I was on their site yesterday and it clearly stated they were hitting the skids.

Strange.

Same people that own Solar Immersion SEMSI Ltd, Now own the Immersun Website SISEM LTD

Directors of Both Companies (Seperate entities) are:
Mr Thushar Baby
Mr Vinu George
Mr Bhim Bharmal Sisodiya

Still trying to get me to buy Solar Immersion;s though

They called me again today; note that Solar Immersion (SEMSI Ltd) don't charge VAT so turnover must be less than £83k / annum @ £200 a pop thats less than 10 units a week..... or (415 units / annum)
