Another scam???

Hello folks
dotgov service and supplies scam or real deal?
My phone never rang but amazingly i had a voicemail how they done that i do not know, anyways its off the company above offering council contracts anyone worked with them, been on internet and theres mixed feelings about them, tho maybe the decent posts about them are probably themselves writing about themselves, i would say its a scam anyone know for sure

There is another thread on this here somewhere - looks like a definite scam!

I think the key thing with them all, and all advertising - if they where that good, you would contact them, not the other way around.
