Discuss Armeg Insulated screwdrivers in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net

If that price is for the Armeg switchblade set it's cheap. The bay has some bad sellers but a lot of good sellers too. Not had too many problems over the last 10 years of Buying / Selling on there.

Bought a couple of bits off isswww & so far not had a problem with them. Dealt with test-meter.co.UK as well & they're really good guys.

Yeah isswww are a Google trusted vendor. Seems to be the few odd issues of people not getting confirmation emails but overall seem good.

And test meter sponsors this forum?

Yes mate: test meter do apparently sponsor the forum, but the reason I mention them is the quality of service I've had from them in the past. When I've had a question regarding a purchase, they've gone out of their way to answer it.

£47 Inc vat on isswww
Not sure if they're trusted either.
Selling cheap MFTs have a quick search for reviews for them. Could do with my own MFT

I bought my Megger MFT1731 from these guys. Only problem I had was they didn't deliver when they said they would because the calibration guy wasn't available.

I have had 2 sets of Wera, the £20 set withthe black tips and I think £30-35 for the brass tipped set.

The black tip set held their tips better and longer on the Pz1&2.

I grabbed a set of the Klein vde that CEF had for £30+Vat a couple months back, so far I find them better than the Wera, but I thought lifetime guarantee if they honour it might save me money in the long run.

I can't take them seriously if they throw in a contact neon! It puts me right off! Maybe it's just me!

Hi Phil: Cheers for the reply mate, wish ours would do an offer like that. Klein are supposed to be top quality kit, when I went in to get a price they reckoned a pair of Lineman's & 2 screwdrivers I was looking at well over £100. I don't like the look of them that much :(
