got a job starting next week
5 flats within a old house
each flat has there own water and gas incoming feed
-I remember seeing blue plastic pipe for each flat then copper after stopcock
-I know technically I don't need to bond the water- but would you bond each in 10mm at the stop cock (ground floor communal cupboard- or 10mm from the c/u within the flat to point of entry of service into the flat itself?

not sure of gas income was plasdtic or not yet- will have to check this out

Flats can be a mind field... I doubt you will find the incoming gas is plastic.

I'm on a refurbishment ATM. No water bonding - so that's been added in the flat... gas bonding is done at the incoming supply in the main hall cupboard ... so its bonded too - a decent note on my EIC will cover it.

best just to bond both in 10mm from the flat cu on point of entry into flat
