new build domestic and residential
I use electronic certs to register my works using click software and buy certs on the niceic website, do I still have to register this work with building control? thought this was covered, and it was only alterations to existing I had to register, please tell me im right

you notify niceic online, then they notify LABC.

Whether a new build or a 200 yr old house, if it needs notifying, it needs notifying.

If it is a new build property then the whole operation is probably notified to building control in advance, possibly also covering your electrical work.
No harm in you notifying through your scheme anyway, covers you in all cases.
