If possible could anyone have a quick look over these steps I've made myself for cable sizing and the protection needed. Please let me know if I've missed out anything.

I also couldn't find a definitive answer for maximum permitted voltage drop percentage for 3 phase. I think it was 5% and 8% for lighting and power cable respectively.
