Anyone recognise this typ of incomer in cabinet and the earth strapped to presumably paper type incomer doing EICR in flat this is the main riser off to Wylex BS1361 fuse then up to flat in 10MM² TNS or TN-C-S ?IMG_2447.JPG IMG_2446.JPG
 
See loads of those Ryefield boards in London, there is generally a combined neutral/earth bar in them to enable TN-C-S.
 
Well I came to that conclusion that it was TN-C-S. In any event I am not so responsible for the DNO equipment as assessing the flat. The DB Zs indicates it is most likely. But did note it as Lim on Ze as there were other flats and DNO equipment sealed
