Hello all,

i have just joined this site i am looking for some advice i am thinking of signing up for a cctv and security alarm installers course. But i would like to look in to the thoery side first and was wondering if anyone had any idea where i would obtain the theory information as i like to know a bit before i go on the course. So if anyone knows any websites or where i can get course material or reading material to start going through it would be a great help thanks all regards.

read oldtimer's thread "you want to know about alarms" . very informative.

but shouldn't scousers be learning how to get past alarms, rather than installing them. :mickey: ( joking of course, welcome to the forum.)

thanks for the advice i havent a clue how this site works where do i look for the old timers threads

top right of page there's a search window. type in alarms and all threads relevant will come up ( as long as they're in the public forums. the alarms forum is restricted to professionals).
