Can you fit a ceiling Rose on a circular fast fix box? As in, does it physically fit?

Need to fish cables out of a ceiling and want to cut a hole big enough to fit a hand through, but still be able to fit a ceiling rose.

I haven't got either with me to try it out and thought that somebody must have been in this situation and done this before.

All assistance is very much apppreciated.

Thanks

Think you would need a very small hand to fit through the aperture of a circular dry liner box, if that's what you are proposing?

What is the issue?
