Discuss Cert software in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

I have used easy cert for 5 years. But I now have macs and the software is only compatible with Windows.

Anyone use amtech? Does that run on Mac?

I really like easycert, so just bought an iPad and stuck the cost through work. Put the pad in a griffin case or similar and do your Certs onsite. You can then generate them as a PDF and email them to yourself on your Mac if necessary.

We we only use Macs and I'm not aware of any Mac specific electrical software. Unless your using a cloud or similar - NICEIC software comes to mind, but I didn't want to have to log on each time to do a cert or pay the NICEIC anymore money.

macs are overpriced, ill stick to windows till linux gains more support.

i bought an upgrade win7 install disk for £50, see its cheap.

a notebook/andriod tablet is better for certs onsite.

amtech,i certifi, niceic software etc are good
