Am part p electrician been asked to do some installs for pv am i correct that as a registered part p sparks we can install new circuiys for pv and do eic for job and notify job as new cicuit
Am bit mistified as new circuit would become a load circuit from pv

Are you a qualified electrician?
Are you qualified, experienced and competent enough to undertake this work?
Is it your work you will be certifying and notifying?
Are you registered with your governing body to carry out PV work?

am working along side pv installer who is mcs accredited wants to know can u I do ac and dc side I said no as I not registered for solor just wonderd what we was allowed to do and not do as a part p registered competent person

The solar guys will tell you better but it's my understanding that to do anything between the panels and the mcb you're required to be MCS registered. Anything after that you're good to go.
I could be wrong though, I was once.

Don't think so. Check with your CPS provider to make sure.
Surely your PV man should be doing that and just leaving you to do the usual stuff in the property?
