This work is notifiable under part P , so make sure when you get quotes that this is included, along with getting copies of the certificates

and agreement on finding and rectifying any issues e.g. shared neutrals, low IR readings, end/end continuity of rings/ DIY bodges. the list is as long as the Titanic is deep. (and that 12,500 feet, or 2,100 fathoms for the mm love children).

Think that statement needs some Explanation, what do trade skills have to do with the thread ?.
If you want someone to price for a CU change. Then as you've already been told by highly skilled people that do this day in & day out,
It will need a site visit. There are many variables between sites & you can't just pull a price out of thin air. Anyone that tells you any different is a Cowboy.

Think that price is a bit low mate, you've missed out the Cider surcharge
