How do you expect people to quote with that little information?

- pics of original
- earthing arrangement
- number of circuits
- accessibility
- cabling type
- bonding needed
and agreement on finding and rectifying any issues e.g. shared neutrals, low IR readings, end/end continuity of rings/ DIY bodges. the list is as long as the Titanic is deep. (and that 12,500 feet, or 2,100 fathoms for the mm love children).

Think that statement needs some Explanation, what do trade skills have to do with the thread ?.
If you want someone to price for a CU change. Then as you've already been told by highly skilled people that do this day in & day out,
It will need a site visit. There are many variables between sites & you can't just pull a price out of thin air. Anyone that tells you any different is a Cowboy.
 
I will do it for 2.5K that is assuming the EICR doesn't throw up a rewire and remedial works included. Bit ruff in Sluff though.
