What is difficult about this, one building formally a pub, hotel, restaurant, with a 3 phase supply, the property at some time in the past ceased being a hotel but remained a pub restaurant, the rooms were converted in to 2 flats and supplied with one phase each from the existing 3 phases, a cable was run from the service head (unfused so therefore I cannot open it) to a cut out in each flat, bearing in mind this was done by the DNO, SSE. The new owners are retaining the flats and refurbing the pub, now, bear with me this is the bit that is confusing the hell outa the DNO, the planned kitchen is not using gas as was the previous set up but going all electric, so adding up the demand for the kitchen alone (No diversity as its commercial) its pushing the limit of the single 100 A bullet, their response is is and I quote " the existing 3 phase supply is more than ample if you electrician balances the load over the 3 phases There is no three &^%$("! phases, so by the time they add bar bottle fridges, ice machine, lights, cellar cooling, plus they are constructing a stage area for bands, now I was a roadie in my younger days so I can tell you bands care not a jot about what they plug in or where they plug it into, so if any one can tell me how to make the DNO connections team  get the picture please tell me :mad2:

Can you up upload a pic of the 3ph cutout before we comment, it could be the flats are integerally tapped like you say but the pub still has the use of 3ph albiet 2 are unused.

So these flats are on each phase of the 3phase supply, with own supply meters yes.? Third phase feeding pub. I would say they need to visit site and survey, may need an additional 3 phase supply.

Pics to follow but thanks all for now
Pict
the phase to each flat come out from direct connection to the main 3 phase connection, but pics will explain
