Do time delayed rcbo's exist?

Not exactly, but you can get the add on vigi units from Eaton I believe, with a time delay, that turn your 60898 into a 61009. You can also get circuit breakers with adjustable time delay RCD settings but these fall into the 947 standards. These are switchgear components, high end, and cost thousands, but I'm guessing neither of these are what you're after?

As DS indicated it's only possible using S type add on Viggi units, but that will take up 4 spaces on a typical single phase CU/DB. Plus you could have the common buss bar conflict with the neutral connection.
Other than that, i've not seen or know of a time delayed RCBO.

How many modules do u have spare/ how many poles do you need

Hager do a add on unit now too like the Schneider Viggi. Control gear direct also do 2 & 4 pole rcbos not to sure if they come in s type, download the cat from there website

There's usually no call for a time delayed RCBO set-up If your following the BS7671 which brings me to question what circumstances require you to need a time delayed RCBO as this would not comply for protection of a circuit be it from shock hazard or buried cable protection.
