Using a single phase db, how do you install double pole mcbs into this to use as a 110v db? Does the busbar need altering? As how do you get the neutral side onto them?

Eh? DP MCBs? @110v on a bog standard CU?
Aye, crack on bonny lad
Mains voltage without any step up or down transformation will = ?
Think we might need a bit more info mate.

Yes i am an Electrician, i have only ever seen it done like Mcbs onto din rail, then just supply and supply neutral looped between mcbs

a bit more info on what you hope to achieve would help.

So workshop situation, a centre tapped transformer 55v on each leg. secondary from this into a single phase DB. With DP MCBS, would you say this is the best way of achieving this? I have seen 110v DBs before but a long time ago, im just asking how you would fit DP mcbs

Buy a Merlin Gerrin DB with din rail, some DP bus bar also MG, MG DP isolator, MG DP cbs of your choosing and bingo
