It's even more no with the EV charging point that's in play. There are couple of ways to proceed with a domestic EV design with PME at the house, and one of them (at least) would be busted with the OP proposal.


Is the gas pipe metal or extraneous, can see that in any of the OP's posts?
 
Haven't the foggiest about EVCI, but I do see that reg 722.411.4.1 is so ambiguous as regards PME, that the grown ups have decided to clean it up a bit with the forthcoming 18th.

But that is a particularly vague one, 722.411.4.1, PME no you can't - well alright you can. In the draft for the 18th, the exception concerning reasonably practicable, has been deleted.
