i would agree with code 2 and 3 but not with code 1 he is correct in what he is saying i just wish i could remember the third ...
The NICEIC bod says there are only three situations which require Code 1 entries, do you not think this is a narrow and arrogant opinion.
 
Not passed me for what, I have chewed the cud with these people for years in supervisory roles whether NICEIC, ECA or whoever and to be honest I like a debate with them but do they alter my views, no. Do they give me black marks, no.
