Hi all some advice would be much appreciated please when carrying out a eicr in a communal area for landlord supply lightning and power on the report section main bonding conductors as I'm aware you hardly get a gas and water supply for communal areas would that mean I put na in the boxes? The gas and water is bonded from the main met before branching off to each flat but as I'm only testing landlords supply that has nothing to do with my report is that right. Spoken to two different guys from nic technical departments and one says to put na the other says as its bonded to the main met u note it down.

I'd have checked the bonding anyway and so may as well note it.

Thanks for the feed back guys much appreciated its a 3phase supply tncs goes to ryfield board and from there splits to each meter with submains to each flat 6 flats and one for the landlord supply I'm doing a eicr on the landlords supply only. the section on the cert that ask bout main bonding I've been told to put n/a and also to put what ever size main bond is to the incoming gas water to the building not sure which nic technical guy to listen to

If the services are in proximity to the Landlords supply, for example they are in the same room as the electrical distribution then yes. If there is total separation from the Landlords electrical system then I would put NA.
