how many tenants read the sticker on consumers, not many neither.me speak no ingilsh
do landlords tell the tenants. a yellow sticker wont stop them putting up a class 1
light fitting up with no cpc.

But it's not there property. They should not be making any alterations.?

The point of the sticker is for the electrician that next works on the property as the tenants shouldn't be tampering in rhetoric first place.
