Just wondering how you guys go about pricing commercial EICRs. Been out to look at an office today, 4 3 phase boards, 61 circuits in total. The office is empty, company not moved in yet, circuit charts on all boards look fairly detailed and seemingly good circuit descriptions. I was thinking of pricing at an hour per circuit but not sure if 45 mins is nearer the mark. The company has a few offices and there is a possibility of a lot of work so don't want to be seen as being too expensive.

I know of someone who's charging £6.10 a circuit...........this is the sort of level you have to compete with if the customer is only interested in a satisfactory report.

Yep, just pricing for one in a factory involving about 30 sub main boards and 500ish finals, never been tested.....if someone wants to quote 3.5k, they're welcome to it. They want a decent job, so optimistic.
