Is it ok to use split trunking for power and fire circuits that will run in the same trunking ?

Job a real mind bending containment criss cross up down left right right again job grrrrrrrrrrrr.

as long as the fire alarm cables and the LV cables are segregated, no problem. crossovers are OK, can't be avoided. the FP200 has an insulation value the same as the LV cables.

Dont quote me on this but i was told once it if only ok if the fp200 is fixed through the trunken using the metal/copper pclups ( so that the pclips screw in to the wall) so that the if there is a fire, and the trunken melts it does not pull the cables down and damage the circuit.

I take it your referring to plastic trunking. that siounds fair to me, you must ensure that during a fire, your circuit stays as intact as possible.
