Tis a nice neat job Dave but is that nasty self tapper through the earth bar by design, don't install Hagar boards.
 
i think that's there to stop the larger earthing and bonding cables from pushing the earth bar out of it's mounting.

I just don't understand how anybody could make such a pigs ear of it, maybe it was a plumber ?:D The only thing that stands out for me apart from the atrocious 'workmanship' is that all the power is through one RCD and all the lighting is through the other ?
