Tis a nice neat job Dave but is that nasty self tapper through the earth bar by design, don't install Hagar boards.

i think that's there to stop the larger earthing and bonding cables from pushing the earth bar out of it's mounting.

It does look like the neutral to RH RCD has not gone where it should?

I just don't understand how anybody could make such a pigs ear of it, maybe it was a plumber ? The only thing that stands out for me apart from the atrocious 'workmanship' is that all the power is through one RCD and all the lighting is through the other ?
