alright lads , when i do a R1/R2 test on a ring main do i use the lead with a plug? if yes how do i plug this into the tester do i just use the red and green or do i also plug in the blue one ?

You only need the green and red test leads for an R1+R2 measurement, usually made easier with a socket adaptor.

Kewtech socket adaptor all the way. saves having to null leads between tests :D Also get the lighting set too.........Cant remember the last time I used the socket lead or the push button test lead.
