Hi there. I was wondering if someone could help me... Glass washers are not my usual 'thing'.. The Lambrr glass washer in my girlfriends work is tripping the RCD. It was tripping every time she tried to turn it on and start a wash cycle, so I opened it up, fixed a small leak, dried it out etc.... Now it does a full cycle, it washes well with hot water. But it trips the RCD still a few seconds after the wash is completed, making it annoying for the bar staff. Anyone have any experience with this kind of thing know what's next.

As above. You need to be conducting tests on the circuit to find where your fault is.

After confirming the circuit is alright, you could conduct a ramp test if you suspect the washer to be faulty. For example a 30mA RCD may trip at 12mA by conducting a ramp test with the suspect appliance connected and then at 27mA with the glass washer removed.....

If it always trips at one point in the cycle, you could try to identify what is being energised at that point. After washing, maybe rinse-agent dispenser or water softener regeneration valve, or the element is ? If it has an electronic programmer, it might be difficult to identify by running the appliance as the act of energising the faulty load will kill the supply and reset the program. A camswitch programmer will obviously stop with the faulty load energised. This is where a trained service agent will have the advantage as he will know / have data on what happens when. It might be necessary to isolate the loads from the controller and IR test them - elements are frequent suspects as mentioned above.
