Could be Tel, if that's the case I recommend 1/2" pipeso, when all said and done, 6mm for hob and debatable on the oven. OP long gone, no feedback, going to put my head in the oven. oops, it's not bloody gas.

Do you mean in circumstances such as the fan blades jamming or sticking?I would suggest if the oven is a fan oven then you must incorporate circuit protection as the op stated which is 13A from the manufacturer. A fan oven is not a fixed load due to the fan motor.
Fixed loads are resistive, if the oven incorporates a fan motor it cannot be deemed a purely resistive load and hence not a fixed load although the fan motor may be considered negligible.Do you mean in circumstances such as the fan blades jamming or sticking?
