Hi all, just joined. I have not long ago set up on my own so will be reading through the threads for some useful information.
Any help or advice for people starting up on their own will be much appreciated!

never trust what a customer says. ( or a plumber ).
 
Welcome to the forum.
Do detailed quotes, then when the customer wants extra work doing you can charge them extra.
