Discuss Honeywell CM 907 - reliability? in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net

Chaps (and chapesses!)

One of my mates has got a house with 4 x Honeywell CM 907's in it. They are about 4 years old and all of them have very faded displays - to the extent that 3 of them need replacing......

Anyone experienced the same ? seems very poor product quality to me

Thanks

Thanks for the link Lee .... makes interesting reading, as do the Amazon reviews.... this is not an isolated problem and pretty carp for a company like Honeywell.

No probs mate...I will definitely be wary about fitting these in the future after reading this so thanks for the heads up. Might be worth your mate complaining to Honeywell to see if he can get anything out of them.

I've done the complaining on his behalf ..... be interesting to hear what they say...

Probably another product not made in China where quality control isn't a high priority!
