How long for C&G certificates??

Finished my L3 this summer. Had 2 certs come through post but haven't had third cert or the cert stating that I have been successful in attaining L3. Seems late to me. Some of my friends have had theirs already. Should I contact the college??
 
Cirrus, did my 2381 in Nov 07, EAL Dom installer Jan 08, 2391 Mar 08. The 2391 arrived before either of the others!! Had a mate do his in May 08 and he just received his cert last week. Who knows how they work? All my C&G arrived by recorded delivery so you should get them eventually.
