If you can not find it your own spread sheet wil be ok they are looking for date of compaint record/log of how handled date compleated signed off by Q.S. basicaly that you are dealing in a professional mannor
 
All went well, the lady was brilliant, only one cup of coffee and no biscuits lol. Wasn't fussed about the paperwork as much as the testing etc. Assessor was knowledgable and down to earth, living in the real world!

We have a lady building control officeress round here, she's well genned up I can tell you. Very friendly though. I was going to say red hot but I thought it might get miss-interpreted in this PC age.
