Does anybody have any information about any legal action (whether concluded or on-going) against Electrium/Wylex because of their recalled MCB's?

Thanks!

Welcome to the Forum MHOwell :)

If anyone wishes to discuss any ongoing cases then I would advise you to PM MHOwell direct and not discuss it on an open forum ... any resolved cases, then obviously not a problem.

I haven't seen any discussions on the forum about civil action by individual end users against Wylex/Electrium to recover losses incurred due to damages caused by the faulty circuit breakers that were subject to a recall. Have they made an offer to cover anything?

I'm not in the UK so I'm not sure legally where you'd stand if your house burned down. I just know that these kind of civil claims are what make the lawyers rich regardless of what country.
