Having invested a lot of money on setting up I feel slightly disappointed in recent purchases.
(I do not abuse my tools and keep them clean and well looked after)

Bosch 36V SDS (the new shape) battery died after 6 months (bosch did replace) but considering the price of this drill i was very shocked.

Superod megaset - all yellows snapped with ease

Wera screwdrivers - posi drive and terminal snapped

defender lead light l.e.d blew after 3 weeks.

Starting to think the universe is telling me something

The super rod sets are the muts nuts with all the different attachments etc but the price is outrageous. Was thinking of buying some cable socks the other day but put me off a little when I see a pack of 6 for nearly £80!

Buy a cheapo £10.99 set on eBay, use them for a few days. You'll soon have a HUGE appreciation of just how good the SuperRods are. Yeah, I've snapped a few yellows over the years, but only once ever have I had the brass bit pull off the end (on a red one). The cheapo set will have no brass bits left by the end of the week!!

Gaz :)

There're in short supply nowadays. Used to get my supply from the dry cleaners, but don't use the dry cleaners all that much, these days. Down to me last one now :(
Had the same, you need to find someone who fits suspended ceilings and get some drop wire it's perfect I've got a 5M coil in the garage I just snip a bit when I need it :D

It's a shame they don't swage the ends onto the cheap set a bit better, they'll last longer and they could charge a bit more and let someone else take over the cheapo slot. Simple surely
