is there such a thing as a light switch that has two on positions and an off.

I have a DIN mounted timer, controlling lights but would like to put a switch in between to either turn off the lights when the timer is activated OR turn the lights on when the timer is out of hours.

thx

looks like the general idea. I was hoping for a module switch for use indoors - or a standard switch plate. thx for this

Buy a user friendly timer with over-ride and off as most have .... no need for all the switching options....

Absolutely loads of options here from pulse trigger relays working off spring loaded switches to smart relays that you just program up for a certain switching option .... things get over complicated with my other options so will leave them out as i don't see your after these options.

now, now, darkwood, don't let on about the secret fairy dust option. :thinking2:
